To all HS guitarists,

Though you've failed in achievin your goal of gettin gold or silver,dont be disheartened.We stand up from where we fall and we learn from mistakes.Whatever that happpened had happened and we should face up to it!We should be looking forward to the future and not brooding over the past.Those in secs 4 i understand that this is your last syf and you hope to scored well in it.But since that's the case of the result,let's put our effort and strength together and build up the new generation whereby they can go for the syf 2 years down in place of us.We believe in Mr Ong,we believe in ourselves and of cos we believe in our new batch of guitarists!That's what we always believe in and we shall work hand in hand in achievin that.
I understand that you people felt that you've not done Mr Ong proud and had disappointed him.But does anyone of you know that he also felt the same way as you people?He felt that he had let you guys down again for those in secs 4.The pain and diasppointment you guys are feelin is just the same way as the way Mr Ong is feeling.Seeing you guys so sad,it double the impact for him.YET, he tried not to show his sadness in front of you though he finally shed a tear when he no longer can control.Does you guys know how noble he is?
So that gives you guys more of the reason to pick up yourselves and mood.Dont keep urself down and is really time to stand up and train urself up.Dont let the disappointment and sadness take up ur time too much as time is priceless and it wait for no one.
I shall post up my short conver between Mr Ong and me though i know it's gonna be kind of rude to him.Sry Mr Ong..

Me:"Hi Mr Ong,i've heard abt the result and know you rather sad about it.I'm sry as i'm not gd in words but just want to tell you..you've been a great instructor and really taught them well..for the results,we've no one to blame cos everyone had put in alot of effort including you.I'm sure the kids know it more than i do..without you,they are nothing.They are like seeds and you are their water and sunshine that makes them bloom!Let's work together in makin them bloom!cos we believe in ourselves and not only the results."

Mr Ong:"Thanks.I am so touched by your encouragement.Still tryin to come to term with the result.But yo're right in that HS played to their best.I couldn't have asked for more.I'm proud of them."

Me:"Guess HS will always be the one you proud of and you will always be the best instructor they look up to.:D"

Mr Ong:"Thanks once again for your epression in my confidence.Its sad but a joy to know that i'm highly regarded in HS........"

Based on the conver,i can sense that he's really sad about it.From the part that he said its sad but a joy,it seems that he was very disappointed in himself regardin to you people.So you people must zen zhou qi lai!!That all i have to say.

PS:i'm gonna repeat that old naggy phrase again.Sry as i'm not good in expressin myself in words so no offence for the above post.Dont take it too much into heart if i've offended you with my words or some way.haha=D
